Hi, I'm Jenny Krumdrick.

I'm a faith-filled and passionate woman who has contagious energy and joy.  As a wife and mother of teen-agers, I have worked with youth and women for twenty years.  

As the founder of Contagious Light, I am passionate about empowering teens, young women, and moms to design and become their best self.  I know what it's like to feel stuck and discouraged--not knowing how to help yourself (or your son/daughter).  It's my mission and joy to equip you with the mindset and skills you need to thrive in every arena of your life: self-image, environment, relationships, health & wealth.
