Wife, Mother, Inspiring Presenter,
& Confidence Coach for Teens & Young Adults
With contagious energy and conviction, Jenny Krumdrick immediately engages her audience (of all ages), openly shares from her heart, and courageously challenges listeners to grow into their best self. She uses humor, fun activities, tangible examples, and clarity to convey transformational truths of life. She passionately shares her love of life and wisdom with junior high and high school teens, young adults, parents, teachers, church & school staffs, and intergenerational audiences through impacting retreats, workshops, parent formation events, school assemblies, and church missions. For Christian audiences, she conveys the richness of Confirmation & discipleship, Theology of the Body (empowering the virtue of chastity), and Catholic Social Justice Teachings. To all audiences, she exudes genuine joy, love for life, and a sincere compassion for people.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee with a degree in Educational Studies and a minor in communication, Jenny served as an intern with Cultivation Ministries. She traveled the country for a year helping to implement diocesan youth-conferences and worked with local parishes to build impacting and growing youth ministry programs. She was trained to be a wholistic life coach by The Wholeness School.
She and her husband Matthew have lived in Joliet’s Cathedral area since 2004. They have three creative children and spend quality family time outside: hiking, biking, traveling, camping, or canoeing!
From 2003-2021, Jenny served as a youth minister at St. Jude Church in New Lenox, Il working with senior and junior high teens, empowering teens, families, and adults to live out their call to discipleship. She coordinates year round experiential service learning trips for teens and families. Outside of St. Jude, she has given talks for Theology on Tap, Marriage Preparation programs, dozens of churches—with audiences of all ages, as well as for the Diocese of Joliet Youth Leadership Conference.
Jenny works with youth because she loves witnessing the transformation teens experience when they are encouraged to recognize their worth, develop their dreams, and take action towards pursuing their goals!
Our parish hosted Jenny Krumdrick to speak to the parents of our Family Formation program in May of 2017, and she was an absolute delight. I received much positive feedback from our parents. Jenny has much wisdom to share through her years of experience in youth ministry, as well as a wife and mother. She is energetic and joyful, involving the members of her audience so that they are not merely passive listeners, but active participants. She has the unique ability of communicating the mysteries of our faith in a way that is simple and relatable, without sacrificing the beauty and depth of these truths.
Rich in Catholic teaching, Scripture, personal testimony, stories, helpful analogies, and concrete, practical ideas for living the faith, Jenny engages the whole person; bridging the gap between mind and heart. In her presentation on the Holy Spirit, she not only taught our parents and confirmation students to know more about the Holy Spirit, but she led them in prayer so that they might know the Holy Spirit by and encounter with him in their hearts.
I would gladly recommend Jenny to any church that is looking for a presenter. She is a confident and skilled speaker and her love for the Lord and his people radiates. - Sarah Reznicek Coordinator of Faith Formation Church of St. Jude in Joliet, Illinois
"From the very moment that Jenny Krumdrick stepped on our parish grounds, her light began to shine. Her awesome energy challenges that of our young people, and rekindles the spirit in others. Jenny’s sincere enthusiasm in all that she does has encouraged so many, and her true love for God and His Church has inspired all those around her.
Through fervent prayer, research and study, Jenny has developed a passion for the teachings of John Paul II on the subject of “Theology of the Body” as well as Catholic Social Justice Teachings. Jenny has a very personal and exciting approach to proclaiming these teachings so that any person from any proper age group would truly be able to understand and grasp this beautiful message.
Jenny has presented “Theology of the Body” to a numerous variety of groups and organizations, and has recently taken on a new role as witness to, and presenter of “Theology of the Body” to groups of Engaged Couples in preparation for the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony --- touching young couples and moving them from confusion and misunderstanding of Church Teaching, to a profound union with Christ. The Church is truly blessed by her dedication and zeal to share this sacred message.”
